Не удалось найти Spring пространство имен имен пространства имен для пространства XML-схем [http://www.springframework.org/schema/security]

Я разрабатываю свое первое приложение в spring безопасности. Файл applicationContext-security.xml выглядит следующим образом:

Очистка и сборка приложения успешна, но при попытке развернуть приложение jetty 7 дает мне следующую ошибку:

SEVERE: Ошибка инициализации контекста

Пробовал все, но не смог решить эту ошибку. Любая помощь будет оценена.

ИЗМЕНИТЬ Я попробовал добавить версию 3.0.2 Spring -Security 3.0.2 и получил следующее:
