Объект не поддерживает свойство или метод "присваивать" - ie11 при использовании углового4

Я использую angular4 для своего проекта, когда я впервые столкнулся с этой ошибкой, я нашел блог, который попросил меня установить назначение объекта и использовать его в проекте. поэтому я установил назначение объекта с помощью команды npm install object-assign --save и переопределил ее в файле polyfill.ts, подобном этому

то я построю проект, используя эту команду

ng build --prod --env=prod

но даже после перезаписи этого файла я получаю ошибку, подобную этой
