если вы используете систему на базе Windows, тогда у вас не будет этой функции.

Функция money_format() определяется только в том случае, если система имеет функции strfmon. Например, Windows не делает, , поэтому money_format() - undefined в Windows.

Было указано, что у вас может не быть этой функции, потому что она не существует во всех операционных системах (см. Mike W comment или Learner Student).

Так как функция отсутствует в вашей системе, вы можете написать свою собственную функцию на основе функции number_format. Кажется, вы хотите отформатировать номер в долларах США, поэтому по умолчанию (decimal = . и thousand = , должны работать для вас).

  return '$' . number_format($value, 2);
}

Затем вы можете заменить

$pricetotal = money_format("%10.2n", $pricetotal);

с

$pricetotal = asDollars($pricetotal);
