Исключение в потоке: должна быть последовательность, а не экземпляр

Im работает над python и im, пытаясь выполнить поток, который принимает 1 параметр "q", но когда im пытается выполнить его, возникает странное исключение, здесь мой код:

Не удалось выполнить следующую ошибку:
