добавьте этот код в один файл js и включите его в свой проект. когда вы хотите получить доступ к google login api на кнопке click call function callGoogle(), отдых будет выполняться с помощью этого кода. Не забудьте добавить ключи клиента и Client_Secret. Его работа прекрасна для меня. Вам нужен плагин toappbrowser cordova.

Google отказался от поддержки принятого ответа выше! После 20 апреля 2017 года использование браузера In-App, как описано в @Deep Mehta, больше не будет поддерживаться. Если вы используете принятый ответ, он скоро начнет сбой.
