Проблемы, связанные с клиентскими библиотеками Microsoft HTTP v2.1.10 Обновление NuGet

Одна из ситуаций, которая вызывает эту ошибку, - это запуск пакета Azure или других команд публикации без предварительной очистки для той же конфигурации (например, Release).

Это исправлено для меня:

  • Переустановите пакет WindowsAzure.Storage NuGet, выполнив следующую команду в консоли диспетчера пакетов NuGet:

    Update-Package –reinstall WindowsAzure.Storage

  • Перестройте проект веб-приложения MVC (отладка и выпуск).
