Шифрование раздела connectionStrings - утилита для app.config

Есть ли утилита, которая будет шифровать именованный раздел конфигурации (или только раздел connectionStrings) в файле app.config аналогичным образом, который можно использовать aspnet_regiis с web.config файлами?
