Экспресс не имеет ошибки настройки метода

Я пытаюсь начать работу со стеком MEAN. И я следую этому руководству: ссылка

Я сделал это до раздела Test Our Server. Здесь

Он просто говорит, что приложение не имеет настройки метода (я думаю). Но когда я удаляю конфигурационную часть и запускаю ее снова, она работает. (Это среднее приложение имеет метод .listen, поэтому это экспресс-объект.)

Я пробовал как с node, так и с nodemon. И я не мог понять. Спасибо за ваше время.

Метод configure был удален из express с версии 4.0.0 (включая 4.0.0-rc2). См. Журнал изменений https://github.com/strongloop/express/blob/master/History.md#400--2014-04-09

Том в своем блоге new-features-node-express-4 содержит примеры того, как конвертировать из приложения app.configure в экспресс-версию 3.x в его версию 4.0.

Для удобства я добавил пример кода ниже.
