Webpack + babel - реагировать, неожиданный токен 'import'

Я пытаюсь сделать index.js работу с es2015.

Прежде чем направлять меня в .babelrc, обратите внимание, что я имеет добавлен BOTH es2015 и реагирует (конечно, но здесь здесь не реагировать).

В нем есть

import { default as Logary, Targets, getLogger, build } from 'logary';

И здесь .babelrc:

Дает ошибку:
