"NoMethodError (undefined метод` with_indifferent_access 'для..." при передаче вложенных атрибутов

Некоторое время искал это и не повезло. Я получаю сообщение об ошибке "NoMethodError (undefined` with_indifferent_access" на моей веб-службе при передаче вложенных атрибутов.

Другие вложенные работают, но они один к одному, и это один-ко-многим...

class Customer < ActiveRecord::Base

  belongs_to :quote

  has_one :policy, :dependent => :destroy
  has_one :vehicle, :dependent => :destroy
  has_many :claims, :dependent => :destroy
  has_many :incidents, :dependent => :destroy

  accepts_nested_attributes_for :policy
  accepts_nested_attributes_for :vehicle
  accepts_nested_attributes_for :incidents
end

Правильно работает:

Однако при добавлении

"incidents_attributes"=>{"date_of_incident"=>"2008-05-19", "sum_of_claim"=>"34554", "description"=>"PLEASE!"},

он вызывает

NoMethodError (undefined method `with_indifferent_access' for "2008-05-19":String):

Удаление date_of_incident, и он просто будет жаловаться на следующий атрибут.

Раньше у меня были "инцидентные атрибуты" (сингулярный инцидент) и has_many: происшествие, но изменение этого не помогло.
