Запуск тестов Django в PyCharm

Я пытаюсь запустить простой тест Django в PyCharm, но его провал со следующей трассировкой стека -

Тест отлично работает на консоли, используя ./manage.py run test Похоже, что все вещи не настроены перед выполнением тестов?
