Не удается создать проект с Android Studio 3.0 + DataBinding + Kotlin

У меня огромный проект с привязкой данных, kotlin, кинжал. Я потратил несколько дней, пытаясь построить его, используя несколько решений stackoverflow, и решил спросить его лично.

Я полагаю, что некоторые из сторонних библиотек используют привязку данных, потому что добавление этой строки не помогает.

kapt 'com.android.databinding:compiler:3.0.0'

Android Studio говорит:

Что я пробовал, и это не помогло:
