Метаданные WCF отсутствуют

У меня есть простой веб-сервис, работающий в Visual Studio. Если я попытаюсь просмотреть метаданные, у вас отсутствует информация об операции, поэтому svcutil генерирует код клиента без каких-либо методов. Что-то не так с моей настройкой?
