Как я могу ввести набор координат и показать карты Google на карте. Это все, что нужно сделать через javascript (т.е. Без интерфейса пользователя)

Вам понадобится использовать службу геолокации для получения широты/долготы. В Google Maps встроен: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/services.html#Geocoding
