В последнее время я думал о переносе кода для веб-приложения, которое я разрабатывал с PHP, в Scala. Я последовал за примером Hello-Slick в Activator Activator, который вел меня как использовать базу данных в памяти (то есть h2) и я понравился его синтаксис и уровень абстракции.
