threadId должен быть идентификатором потока SMS/MMS, который вы хотите просмотреть

Intent defineIntent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); 
defineIntent.setData(Uri.parse("content://mms-sms/conversations/"+threadId));  
myActivity.startActivity(defineIntent);
