Реализация Python Jenkins Hash?

Существует ли встроенная реализация Python алгоритма Jenkins hash?

Мне нужен алгоритм хеширования, который принимает произвольную строку и превращает ее в 32-битное целое число. Для данной строки он должен гарантировать возвращение одного и того же целого числа на разных платформах.
