ABPersonHasImageData(person)
ABPersonCopyImageDataWithFormat(person)

ABPersonCopyImageDataWithFormat возвращает CFDataRef. Преобразуйте его в NSData с помощью этого (ARC) NSData* data = (__bridge_transfer NSData*) cfData;

Затем изображение можно создать с помощью [UIImage imageWithData:data]
