Android Webview: Mailto не может реализовать

Я не могу реализовать функциональность mailto link в пользовательском веб-просмотре, приведенном ниже. Pls Помогите мне смешать эти два кода. Я относительно новичок в Android. Я не знаю, как реализовать код mailto.
