Как повернуть текстовые столбцы в SQL Server?

У меня есть такая таблица в моей базе данных (SQL Server 2008)

Мне нужно отображать Assets, People, Environment и Reputation в качестве столбцов и отображать соответствие Desc как значения. Но когда я запускаю сводный запрос, все мои значения равны нулю.

Может кто-нибудь заглянуть в мой запрос и сказать мне, где я делаю неправильно?

Я пытаюсь преобразовать это, чтобы работать, когда кто-то не знает, что будет содержаться в столбцах TYPE и DESCRIPTION.
