Я нахожу некоторые предопределенные параметры в файлах конфигурации Symfony2, т.е. %kernel.root_dir%, %kernel.debug%.

Вы также можете увидеть их в app/cache/dev/appDevDebugProjectContainer.php:getDefaultParameters() (это в конце файла) вместе со всеми другими параметрами, доступными вашему приложению.
