Gulp - angular -templatecache нет такого файла или каталога, ошибка lstat 'templates.js'

У меня есть эта базовая установка для создания моих шаблонов angular.

Это gulpfile

Это простой html файл, расположенный рядом с gulpfile.

Когда я запускаю "gulp tc", я становлюсь ниже ошибки.

Это так же просто, как упражнение "Hello World", но я не могу заставить его работать. Я попробовал это на mac-os, ubuntu и Windows-машине без везения, всегда с той же ошибкой. Где я ошибаюсь?

Кстати, зависимости в package.json выглядят так.

EDIT: если я добавляю пустой файл templates.js туда, где он ищет, он работает.
