Пакет MagickCore не найден в пути поиска pkg-config

Я пытался установить rmagick и всегда запрашивал PKG_CONFIG_PATH не настроенный.

Это случалось несколько раз для меня, поэтому я публикую это как проблему и отвечаю за всех, кто сталкивается с такой же проблемой.
