Темы - это просто удобный способ установить множество свойств стиля сразу. Вы можете настроить любой из них индивидуально, чтобы настроить внешний вид. Каждый раз, когда вы хотите, чтобы область была прозрачной, вы можете установить ее заполнение на nil. То же самое с стилями линий - установите для них nil, чтобы предотвратить рисование линии.

Есть две "фоновые" области, которые могут вас заинтересовать. Граф имеет заливку, как и область графика. Площадь участка - это область, где рисуются графики. Установите для свойства fill на обоих из них значение nil, чтобы сделать фон прозрачным.
