Вам нужно будет ссылаться как на dll службы BigQuery (в каталоге "Службы" в бинарной загрузке), так и на другие dll в каталоге "Lib". Двоичный выпуск находится здесь: http://code.google.com/p/google-api-dotnet-client/wiki/Downloads#Latest_Stable_Release

Код .NET будет очень похож на код библиотеки Java (они генерируются из одного и того же описания API): https://developers.google.com/bigquery/docs/developers_guide#batchqueries

У нас пока нет образцов BigQuery С#, но библиотека Google.NET поставляется с различными образцами для других API Google, и код похож. См. эту страницу для примера.

Код будет выглядеть примерно так (примечание: у меня еще не было возможности проверить это, так что редактирование приветствуется...). Кстати, мы находимся в середине создания большого количества обновлений документации для BigQuery, и мы надеемся опубликовать некоторые образцы С#, как только сможем (но, скорее всего, в следующем месяце).
