Как я могу опубликовать публикацию с одним щелчком мыши после обновления до .NET framework 4.5

Я обновляю приложение с .NET3.5/EF3.5 до .NET4.5/EF5, используя Visual Studio 2012.

Запуск публикации одним нажатием, но генерируются следующие предупреждающие сообщения:

• Элемент "Microsoft.Windows.Installer.3.1" не может находиться в 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDK\Windows\v8.0A\Bootstrapper \'.
• Пункт "Windows Installer 4.5" требуется для ".NET Framework 3.5 SP1", но не был включен.

Когда я пытаюсь установить опубликованную версию, я получаю диалог

• Не удается запустить приложение
• Не удается загрузить приложение. В приложении отсутствуют требуемые файлы. Обратитесь за помощью к поставщику приложений.

Нажав кнопку "Подробнее..." в диалоговом окне, вы получите текст, который я вставляю ниже (я заменил свое имя пользователя "..." )

Я проверил, что существует c:\Program Fiels (x86)\Microsoft SDK\Windows\v8.0A\Bootstrapper. Это три папки под названием "Двигатель", "Пакеты" и "Схемы", а другой контент отсутствует.
