Spring JPA/Hibernate: не удалось импортировать определения bean

Время от времени бьется головой о стену и не может решить эту проблему, кажется, это ошибка в настройке конфигурации или, возможно, конфликт зависимости или отсутствие зависимости. Любые мысли?
