Мне удалось запустить приложение. Единственное изменение, которое я сделал для его запуска, - это закомментировать пару ваших зависимостей в файле build.gradle.

В блоке зависимостей ниже вычитаются 3 строки. Линия spring -boot-start-jpa Я закомментировал это только потому, что у меня не было настроенного источника данных.

Однако, если вы только закомментируете зависимости servlet-api и jstl, ваше приложение должно начинаться без проблем, это было для меня.

Очистка C:\Users\Lenovo\.m2\repository, а затем реимпорт всех зависимостей maven работала для меня. Я также удалил все переопределяющие зависимости в моем pom.xml.
