Выведите свой класс из AuthorizeAttribute. Переопределите метод OnAuthorization. Добавьте и настройте CacheValidationHandler.

Вам не нужно расширять этот атрибут, достаточно web.config. Пожалуйста, прочитайте формы Элемент для аутентификации. Обратите внимание на defaultUrl. Это то, что вам нужно.
