Как отслеживать каждый статус отправленного SMS?

Я разработал коды для отправки SMS нескольким лицам. Но текущая проблема заключается в том, что я не могу знать, какой человек получил сообщение и что отправлено сбой. Я хочу знать каждый отправленный статус SMS и номер телефона получателя, можно ли это сделать?
