Максимальная ширина и высота для ImageView в Android

у вас есть как layout_width, так и layout_height, установленный на wrap_content, в дополнение к установке явных значений для ширины и высоты. Вместо этого вы должны просто установить layout_width и layout_height на некоторое числовое значение. Кроме того, используйте dp вместо px. См. с поддержкой нескольких размеров экрана.

Вы пробовали android: scaleType = "fitCenter" ? Также размеры представления не должны быть установлены на wrap_content, как указано Mayra
