Питающая установка не работает с дженкинсами?

Это мой файл Jenkins.

Но тогда я получил то же самое, что и при попытке sudo, но на этот раз virtualenv не был найден.

Моя конечная цель - запустить мой скрипт python. Этот скрипт python будет генерировать xml файл в том же каталоге. Затем Дженкинс должен прочитать этот XML файл. Я пробовал использовать Docker, но далеко не ушел. И что же мне делать?

Как писал tftd, измените HOME на записываемый каталог, например:

                    sh 'pip install --user -r requirements.txt'

Вам нужно добавить virtualenv в переменную PATH.

Если вы установили его с помощью pip install virtualenv, он будет в pythonX.X/Lib/site-packages/

Sudo также следует добавить к переменной PATH.

Ошибка в первом фрагменте кода заключается в том, что у вас не было прав на запись в '/.local'. Попробуйте запустить его как администратор
